3. Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old and not from a Restricted Jurisdiction unless you accept the Risk Disclaimer and Waiver. Do not use VPNs or proxies to bypass restrictions.

4. Services and No Custody

We are a non-custodial platform. You control your funds. We do not provide financial advice. All DeFi-related risks are yours to bear.

5. User Responsibilities

Maintain security of your wallet credentials.
Verify transaction details before confirming.
Comply with local laws and regulations.
Provide accurate information.
Do not use the platform for prohibited activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property belongs to nQ-Swap or its licensors. You receive a limited license to use the Platform as intended.

7. Fees & Token Mechanics

Fees apply as published. Token distributions follow separate token terms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" with no warranties.
Smart contract usage carries inherent risks.
We are not liable for damages or losses arising from use.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold nQ-Swap harmless from claims arising from your use or misuse of the Platform.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
